Join Appgate as a Senior Fullstack Engineer
Appgate is seeking a talented Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a leader in Universal Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and online fraud protection, Appgate secures and protects organizations' most valuable assets and applications. We are looking for a creative and innovative engineer to contribute to our flagship security product, Appgate SDP.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the development of Appgate SDP as part of a cross-functional team.
- Participate and lead team decisions about the technical direction.
- Design, architect, develop, test, document, and deploy Appgate SDP.
- Perform code reviews and collaborate with peers.
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues encountered by end users.
- Work closely with other R&D teams and departments such as Product, Technical Support, Delivery, Customer Success, and InfoSec.
- Own automated tests and integrate your code within our development environment.
- Build safe deployment frameworks for our SREs.
- Continuously learn and bring new concepts and cutting-edge technology to your team.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 3-5 years of strong full stack experience with ReactJS (JavaScript/TypeScript and CSS) and C#/.NET.
- Application development experience targeting desktop and mobile platforms such as Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and/or iOS.
- Experience creating and maintaining REST API endpoints and applications in Python.
- Experience with containerized workloads including Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes.
- Experience adding and maintaining automation, end-to-end, API, and unit tests.
Nice to Haves
- Security & networking background.
- AWS or other cloud provider experience.
- Selenium and/or Appium experience.
- Eager and proactive behavior to continue learning about existing/new tools, protocols, standards, and tricks.
- Cares about readable, performant, reliable, and secure code.
