Responsibilities
- Partner with Technical Support and CSMs to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Engage in team collaboration and technological evangelism.
- Conduct requirements gathering, design, and implementation.
- Participate in pair programming and peer code reviews.
- Support our "you build it, you own it" mantra through participation in an on-call rotation.
Primary Technologies
- PHP
- TypeScript
- SOAP/REST web service APIs
- MongoDB
- AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, Kinesis, RDS, ECS, and more.
Secondary Technologies
- Angular
- Experience with other cloud technologies
- Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and pipelines
- Ability to develop robust and secure code
- Experience scaling applications in AWS
- Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in PHP and TypeScript
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience developing web applications, working with databases, and consuming APIs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud computing infrastructures such as AWS or Azure
- Use of source code repositories such as Azure DevOps and Git
- Performance tuning and optimization for high scale systems
- Experience working with development teams in multiple timezones
- Proven track record of creating secure and scalable software
