Your Role
As a Senior Developer, you will be at the helm of our development department. You will oversee various projects, providing support and guidance to your colleagues. Your primary focus will be on the big picture, ensuring projects are on track and taking swift action when necessary.
Our work is entirely bespoke, including our proprietary Komma Management System. Each new client brings fresh challenges, ideas, and opportunities for optimization. You will work with the development team to elevate our management systems to new heights.
Innovation and continuous improvement are at the core of what we do. You will experiment with new technologies and bring your creative ideas to the table, driving our projects to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the development team.
- Engage in high-level project planning and execution.
- Communicate proactively with team members.
- Innovate and implement new technologies.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to enhance our clients' online presence.
Who We Are Looking For
- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript (preferably ES6), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks like Vue or React.
- Extensive experience with object-oriented frameworks such as Laravel.
- Team leadership experience.
- Familiarity with GIT.
- A strong portfolio of online projects.
- HBO work and thinking level.
- Proficiency in Dutch.
