About the Role
As a Senior React Native Engineer at One, you will be at the forefront of building simple and beautiful experiences for the crucial interactions people have with their money every day. You will be responsible for developing and deploying iOS and Android apps using React Native, ensuring high-quality code and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Feature Development: Build and ship features that deliver measurable outcomes for customers.
- Best Practices: Employ best practices on a modern stack to achieve both quality and velocity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build trust and take a high level of responsibility.
- Continuous Learning: Seek truth, be curious, and have a bias towards action.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7 to 8+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying iOS and Android apps using React Native.
- Skills: Proficiency in React Native, React.js, GraphQL, and Android/iOS development.
- Mindset: Passion for your craft, care for the people you work with, and an act-like-an-owner mentality.
- Growth: A desire to keep growing your skills and an ability to learn quickly.
Nice to Have
- Experience with GraphQL, Relay, and ReactNavigation.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from €175,000 to €205,000.
