Responsibilities

Impact millions of users: Every change you make will directly affect our large user base, helping them build wealth through our innovative trading and investing platforms.
Achieve technical excellence: Work towards our vision of a frontend monorepo that produces Trading 212’s iOS, Android, Web, and Desktop apps with a focus on efficiency and code reuse.
Maintain code health: As a product company, code maintainability is crucial. You will ensure that our codebase remains clean and efficient.
Work in agile teams: Collaborate in compact, autonomous teams with short release cycles, relying on agile methodologies to maintain high velocity without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: You should have a strong foundation in these core web technologies.
Experience with React/React Native: Proficiency in these frameworks is essential, along with a good understanding of one or more state management libraries.
Attention to detail: An eye for detail is crucial to ensure a seamless user experience.
Great communication skills: You will need to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Advanced TypeScript experience: While not required, experience with TypeScript is a plus.
