Job Overview
NTT DATA North America is seeking a highly skilled Senior ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic team in San Leandro, California. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using ReactJS and other modern web technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Development: Design, code, test, debug, and document applications and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments.
- Project Leadership: Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments. Provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.
- Collaboration: Work with Product, Interaction, and Visual Designers to implement the next generation User Interface platform & Applications.
- Technical Expertise: Advise on issues of systems integration, compatibility, scalability, and multiple platforms.
- Mentorship: Provide informal mentoring to less experienced colleagues and contribute to large-scale planning of strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on ReactJS.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript. Experience with ReactJS, JestJS, React Testing Library (RTL), Webpack, and StencilJS.
- Web Development: Experience in creating large-scale web applications and user interfaces with ReactJS.
- State Management: Familiarity with complex state management tools like Redux or RxJS.
- Testing: Experience writing UI unit tests (Jest, Jasmine, etc.) and knowledge in BDD/Automated testing.
- Tools: Experience with version control and collaboration tools like GitHub, and project tracking software like Jira.
Desired Qualifications
- Performance Optimization: Experience in creating high-performance applications.
- Content Management Systems: Knowledge of working with CMS.
- Design Tools: Experience using interface design tools like Figma and Invision.
