Java Full Stack Developer

Job Overview

NTT DATA North America is seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities

Product Requirements Review: Collaborate with the user community to discuss and understand product requirements.
Solution Design: Work with business user groups to understand business needs, provide scalable solutions, and collaborate with the business community to develop efficient alternatives.
Design Documentation: Prepare design solutions for requirements, document with appropriate design artifacts such as high-level and low-level designs, and break the implementation plan into smaller deliverables aligned with project timelines.
Software Development: Ensure software is built in a scalable manner and utilize JUnit to test the code.
Product Rollout Coordination: Work with business users to secure necessary sign-offs for deliverables and coordinate product rollout, including working on tools for building and deploying the software.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and solve issues in a timely manner for software in the production environment.
Project Management: Manage competing projects simultaneously and ensure the quality of all deliverables.
Global Team Collaboration: Work on a global software development team and communicate status/design effectively across multiple regions.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of three years' experience in Java programming with proficiency in object-oriented design principles.
Experience with Java frameworks such as DropWizard, Spring, and Hibernate.
Proficiency in web development frameworks like Angular or React.
Experience with distributed storage systems like DB2, Oracle, Cassandra, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, especially using Git.

Desired Qualifications

Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
