Engineering Services
Our Engineering Services team designs, builds, and sustains technology that powers DE&E Technology’s worldwide content production and distribution platforms. This includes Quality Assurance, Data Analytics, Software Development, Broadcast Infrastructure, and Networking & Security.
Role Responsibilities
- Contribute to solutions and frameworks that redefine engineering systems.
- Serve as a technical leader, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Enhance engineering data capabilities to empower developer teams to improve viewer experiences.
- Coordinate and contribute to investigations and analysis.
- Identify opportunities for innovation across the engineering landscape.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Backend and Frontend Software Development.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Golang, Rust, JavaScript, Java, Scala, C++, C#.
- Strong expertise in backend development and architecture, experience with distributed systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading a small team.
- Familiarity with data platforms like MySQL, Databricks, Snowflake, or Datadog.
- Experience in the streaming industry is a plus.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $142,600 to $191,100 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan.
