Responsibilities
- Build Scalable Solutions: Develop solutions that scale and perform, identifying opportunities to improve systems and services with each iteration.
- Test Automation: Own the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks, execution environments, build systems, and reporting tools.
- Technical Leadership: Drive the development of components through your work and that of more junior engineers, providing mentorship and support.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and development teams to implement full-stack quality solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation for end-user consumption and project contributors.
- Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve framework, tool, or environmental issues affecting services.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in software development, including automated testing of front-end and back-end services.
- Skills: Proficient in object-oriented design and programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java. Experience with test automation and unit testing frameworks.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Tools: Familiarity with SDLC tools like Jira and Confluence, and version control systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), mobile application development, and testing.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and web accessibility fundamentals.
- Experience with Kafka, Amazon SQS, Kinesis, Docker, Kubernetes, and continuous integration/delivery systems.
- Experience writing Gherkin Syntax for automated test scenarios.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is €136,100 to €199,800 per year, with additional benefits including medical insurance, financial benefits, and potential bonuses.
