Join Orca, a leading DeFi project on the Solana Blockchain, as a Senior Software Engineer (Frontend). Responsibilities
- Build User-Facing Products: Develop delightful user-facing products, including a TypeScript SDK, stats and price API, or brand new interfaces.
- Create Compelling User Experiences: Design and implement complex interactions and animations that are seamless for both end users and fellow engineers.
- Maintain Tooling and Best Practices: Ensure best practices for testing, package management, and CI/CD are followed.
- Improve Site Performance: Enhance site speed, performance, and reliability.
- Contribute to Open-Source: Engage with the open-source community and contribute to our culture and processes.
Requirements
- Proven Track Record: Experience in building performant, user-facing features at scale, ideally in finance or a related industry.
- Balanced Mindset: Ability to work independently in an asynchronous environment while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Design Sense: Capable of creating "pixel perfect" interfaces and making design suggestions.
- Excellent Communication: Clear articulation of thoughts and ideas, empowering others to be heard.
- Strong Interest in DeFi: Extensive experience using DeFi apps and familiarity with the Solana ecosystem.
What Orca Offers
- Salary: Competitive salary range of $140,000 - $220,000 USDC.
- Token Allocation: 140,000 - 200,000 ORCA over 4 years.
