Your Role
As a Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack), you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing user-focused solutions across our digital real estate ecosystem. You will work within diverse, cross-functional teams to develop large-scale, performant software solutions on AWS, utilizing Java or Kotlin for backend and TypeScript with React for frontend applications. Embrace the "You build it, you run it" philosophy, ensuring high-quality engineering practices like clean code, pair programming, continuous delivery, and test-driven development.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Extensive experience in full stack development using Java or Kotlin, React, and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in Spring Security and authentication flows like OAuth2 and OpenID.
- Experience with AWS and infrastructure as code concepts.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic team.
- Leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and guiding junior team members.
