The Role
TuneIn is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on web technologies to join our engineering team. This role involves a significant amount of full-stack development, primarily using React.js, Redux, and Node.js. You will be responsible for building new features and maintaining our web application as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define, architect, and build new features.
- Advocate for best web practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Write clean, tested, and well-documented code.
- Translate wireframes and high-fidelity comps into functional and efficient code.
- Own the full lifecycle of product features, from conception through deployment and post-release adjustments.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on web technologies.
- Experience in full-stack development, especially with APIs.
- Extensive experience with JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js.
- Proven track record of making architectural and design decisions on large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with modern web technologies and methodologies.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working in an Agile environment.
