Join OpenX as a Senior Software Engineer (JavaScript/TypeScript)
OpenX is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cracow, Poland. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing high-performance, distributed, low-latency systems. You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to drive requirements and deliver new features and functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Develop: Architect, create, and deliver new features and functionality for our platform.
- Collaborate: Work with Product and Engineering teams distributed across multiple locations to drive project requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Optimize: Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of servers and processes.
- Innovate: Identify unnecessary complexity and remove it, while analyzing existing solutions for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience building SaaS applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, including Node.js.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Database Skills: Experience with database system design, RDBMs (MySQL, Postgres), or NoSQL.
- Cloud Experience: Familiarity with Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in digital media, marketing technology, or advertising technology is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills.
