Overview
Join Intuit as a Senior Staff Software Engineer in the CRM organization, focusing on Mailchimp integration. This role is pivotal in leveraging the power of QuickBooks and Mailchimp to help customers grow their businesses through innovative CRM solutions.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong track record in backend development with microservice architecture and streaming data.
- Experience with cloud data warehousing technologies such as Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, and Clickhouse.
- Proficiency in backend technologies like Java/Kotlin, TypeScript, Spring, and NodeJS.
- Familiarity with AI technologies like SageMaker, Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, DialogFlow, and Python.
- Previous experience in a cloud computing environment (AWS/GCP) is highly preferred.
How You Will Lead
- Lead the technical vision for CRM with a platform mindset.
- Drive significant technology initiatives end-to-end and across horizontal layers of the organization.
- Ensure operational excellence in delivering highly available, scalable web applications and microservices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, design, and program management to maintain high-quality product experiences.
- Define and execute remediation steps to keep team velocity and deliverables value high.
This role is based in our Atlanta office, with a hybrid work model allowing collaboration in person with team members in our Mountain View, Atlanta, and New York offices two or more days per week.
