Role Overview
As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Exness, you will be an integral part of the Trading tribe, focusing on designing trading loyalty features and trading benefits for both web and mobile platforms. Your main responsibilities will include creating high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and prototypes. You will collaborate closely with product management and business analysts to brainstorm new ideas and understand target goals, ensuring that all designs meet strategic trading workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and refine interaction and interface designs for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with product management and business analysts to define product requirements.
- Support projects from initial concept through final production, ensuring high-quality, delightful, and bug-free products.
- Communicate design ideas and problems clearly and confidently.
- Understand the competitive landscape and context of the industry.
- Work closely with developers and engineers to hand off design mockups.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, particularly in complex, high-loaded systems like financial or banking applications.
- Advanced prototyping skills and a deep understanding of user-experience design for mobile platforms, including knowledge of Apple’s and Google’s design guidelines.
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, automatic layouts, and plugin use.
- Strong team collaboration skills and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
- High responsibility and meticulous attention to quality.
- Fluent in English and able to demonstrate a portfolio of relevant work.
