About the Role
As a UX Designer at Picnic Technologies, you will be instrumental in shaping the mobile app experience for our users. Your primary focus will be on making in-app grocery shopping effortless and rewarding. You will have the autonomy to own the design of new features from start to finish, ensuring that every detail is perfect and user-centered.
Responsibilities
- Research user habits and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop prototypes for new features and evaluate them with real customers on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with UX researchers and product owners to refine project briefs based on explorative research.
- Build both low and high fidelity prototypes to be tested and evaluated.
- Document final design requirements to support developers during the development phase.
- Continuously explore new ideas and initiate projects to improve the design and user experience.
About You
- You are a passionate designer excited about simplifying the lives of ordinary people.
- You have 0-3 years of experience and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant design field.
- Your portfolio showcases user-centered design cases, particularly in mobile app environments.
- You are fluent in English and do not require Dutch language skills.
- You are proficient in using tools like Figma, Principle, and Adobe CC.
