Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will:
- Collaborate with clients, designers, researchers, and developers to implement dynamic human-centered digital solutions.
- Engage in UX and UI work, including problem-solving, defining feature goals, conducting user research, and translating findings into actionable product features.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, prototypes, and other visual artifacts.
- Participate in and lead Design Thinking workshops, incorporating input from multiple stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience.
- Proficiency in crafting UX artifacts using tools like Figma.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and solutions for web and mobile applications.
- Experience in agile delivery, working in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in user research, interviews, and usability testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with collaboration and management tools like Mural, JIRA, and Github.
