Job Overview
We are expanding our Experience team and are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join an international team of 60 Figma ninjas, specializing in user experience, interaction design, visual design, design systems, research, Design Thinking, and all aspects of thinking and designing innovative and useful digital products.
Responsibilities
- Design software usage including Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, Invision, Axure, Principle, Creative Suite.
- Apply Responsive Web Design with a Mobile First philosophy.
- Conceptualize and design native/hybrid apps.
- Work and evolve Design Systems using Atomic Design methodology.
- Apply user-centered design methodologies (Research, Design Thinking).
- Agile methodologies applied to design (Design Sprint).
- Define Information Architectures and navigation flows with innovative and collaborative dynamics.
- Accessibility standards implementation.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders (business, marketing, front-end, data, etc).
Qualifications
- Experience in interaction models, persona definition, affinity maps, customer journeys, etc.
- Experience with front-end component libraries.
- Interest in A/B testing and user testing.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Web components, Custom elements.
- Knowledge of Material Design.
- A good sense of humor and a desire to have fun with us.
