About the Role
We are seeking a Junior UX/UI Designer to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will participate in an intensive 16-week training program in UX/UI Design, in collaboration with the Upgrade school. Upon successful completion of the training, you will be integrated into the workforce of one of the participating tech companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-friendly interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Sketch App.
- Develop and maintain design documentation and guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Graduates with a degree in STEM fields or equivalent.
- Language: Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Skills: Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Tools: Experience with design tools such as Sketch App.
- Mindset: Eagerness to learn and transition into the digital sector.
What We Offer
- Salary: Competitive annual salary ranging from €18,000 to €24,000.
