Overview
Van Lanschot Kempen, the oldest independent financial institute in the Netherlands, is offering an exciting internship opportunity for aspiring software developers. This role is based in our Investment Management Technology & Analytics (IMTA) department in Amsterdam, where you will be part of a dynamic team focused on developing software solutions for the Investment Management value chain.
Role Responsibilities
- Participate in all Scrum activities including daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, refinements, and sprint reviews.
- Contribute to Product Backlog Items with your coding skills.
- Perform code reviews and participate in the Quality Assurance process.
Candidate Profile
- Third or fourth-year Bachelor's or Master's student in software development or a related field.
- Analytical, result-oriented with a hands-on mentality.
- Proficient in C#; knowledge of Python, SQL, or TypeScript is a plus.
- Available for 32 to 40 hours per week for at least five months.
- Enthusiastic about innovative technology and tools.
- People-minded and eager to learn.
- Good proficiency in English, both oral and written.
