BlockTech is a high-paced algorithmic trading firm that facilitates global decentralized trading in cryptocurrency derivatives while expanding into regulated markets. We are experiencing unprecedented growth and are seeking a Quantitative Developer to join us during this exciting scale-up phase.

What You'll Do

Collaborate directly with traders and developers on the trading floor to evaluate and improve our models.
Explore new trading opportunities and develop back-testing tools.
Test your ideas on high-volume market data and implement them in production.

What We Require

An academic degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, or any other quantitative field with excellent study results (cum laude or higher).
Experience working with Python, C++, and/or Rust.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proven versatility and ability to pick up new technologies and learn systems quickly.
A positive can-do attitude and a creative mind.
Willingness to commit long-term.
