BlockTech is a high-paced algorithmic trading firm that facilitates global decentralized trading in cryptocurrency derivatives while expanding into regulated markets. We are experiencing unprecedented growth and are seeking a Quantitative Developer to join us during this exciting scale-up phase.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate directly with traders and developers on the trading floor to evaluate and improve our models.
- Explore new trading opportunities and develop back-testing tools.
- Test your ideas on high-volume market data and implement them in production.
What We Require
- An academic degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, or any other quantitative field with excellent study results (cum laude or higher).
- Experience working with Python, C++, and/or Rust.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven versatility and ability to pick up new technologies and learn systems quickly.
- A positive can-do attitude and a creative mind.
- Willingness to commit long-term.
