About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with expertise in Delphi to join our team at Wink Stanzwerkzeuge, a leading manufacturer of cutting tools for the graphic industry. This role is pivotal in driving our digital transformation and enhancing our internal processes through innovative software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Digitalization and Process Visualization: Lead efforts to digitalize and visualize processes within the company.
- Software Development: Develop software solutions tailored to internal processes, ensuring they meet user needs.
- User Support and Consultation: Provide support and consultation to users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the software solutions developed.
Your Profile
- Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Delphi, with strong knowledge of SQL databases, REST applications, and FireDAC components.
- Additional Skills: Experience with mobile frameworks such as Flutter is a plus. Familiarity with version and requirements management is desirable.
- Personal Attributes: Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
