Key Responsibilities
- Own and Drive Initiatives: You will have the opportunity to own and drive initiatives through the entire software stack, from customer-facing features and data innovations to cross-team collaboration on advertising platform services.
- Build Revenue-Driving Features: As an engineer, you will build features that drive revenue to the #1 entertainment site in the world.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work with stakeholder teams to define roadmaps, design creative technical solutions, and mentor junior engineers.
- Influence Strategic Changes: Influence strategic changes in the Amazon Advertising Platform that will benefit both IMDb and other third-party publishers.
- Solve Complex Problems: Solve advertising problems across diverse international regions and build solutions of massive scale across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Lead Engineering Excellence: Set the standard for engineering, testing, and operational excellence, driving best practices across the organization.

The IMDb AdTech team is a friendly, highly collaborative group of engineers that loves delivering innovative software solutions for our advertisers and consumer customers. Supported by the best Product Managers, Ad Operations team, and Sales teams in the business, we set lofty goals and have fun achieving them.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Salary
The base pay for this position ranges from €129,300 to €223,600 per year, depending on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
