The Role
As a Software Engineer in our Payments and Checkout Group, you will develop features, test hypotheses, and implement changes to improve payment acceptance and checkout conversion. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers, impacting our Payments and Checkout technologies' performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop applications using Go and PHP.
- Work with high-traffic APIs.
- Collaborate on feature development to a high standard, including pairing and independent work.
- Practice DevOps, managing code deployment and performance monitoring.
- Test code manually and with automated tools.
- Design a stable platform for continuous growth.
- Mentor and coach other engineers.
