About the Role
Join Maestro AI as a Software Engineer Intern and be part of a dynamic team that is transforming organizational efficiency through AI-powered solutions. This is a three-month internship with flexible timing, allowing you to start as soon as possible or align with your academic schedule. Whether you're available in the Summer, Fall, Spring, or Winter, we can accommodate your needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement new features for our AI-powered platform.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Python and JavaScript.
- Assist in the design and development of user interfaces using React and other modern web technologies.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to our continuous improvement processes.
- Help integrate data from various collaborative tools (e.g., Slack, Jira, Notion, GitHub) into our system.
- Debug and resolve software defects.
- Contribute to the optimization of our existing codebase for better performance and scalability.
- Engage in agile development practices, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Learn and apply best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
- Work on small, self-contained projects that contribute to our overall product goals.
Ideal Candidate
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic programming skills with experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Familiarity with web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and React.
- A passion for learning new technologies and solving customer problems.
- Enjoys working in a team environment and eager to contribute to our culture.

Compensation
The base pay range for this internship is $6,000 - $10,000 per month. Your exact pay will depend on various factors including your skills, experience, location, and education.
