As a Software Engineer, Language - Wearables, you will be part of a team of world-class experts developing and shipping products at the intersection of hardware, software, and content. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of computing platforms and the metaverse.
Responsibilities
- Apply AI and machine learning techniques to enhance Facebook products and user experiences.
- Develop novel AI algorithms and systems for resource-constrained applications.
- Define use cases and develop methodologies and benchmarks to evaluate different approaches.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in ASR, TTS, NLP, Conversational AI, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Proficiency in developing machine learning algorithms or infrastructure using C/C++ or Python.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with on-device algorithm development or distributed systems.

Compensation
- Salary Range: $56.25/hour to $173,000/year
- Additional Compensation: Bonus, equity, and benefits
