Job Description
Core Job Responsibilities
- Participate in planning, designing, development, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and operations of corporate business applications.
- Engage in all systems life cycle and project management activities.
- Analyze, identify, research, and recommend technology and business solutions to meet business requirements and IT system standards.
- Provide effective written and oral communications within and outside the IT Department.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Work collaboratively with global development teams located in the US, Europe, and APAC.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Basic Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- 3+ years of application or software development experience.
- Strong interest in working with technology and programming.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a geographically distributed team.
- Proficiency in multiple technologies.
- Understanding of, and exposure to, RDBMS database systems.
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle PLSQL development, integration platforms, or other ERP system exposure is a plus.
