Eli Lilly Italia is seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Sesto Fiorentino as a Technical Development Intern. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment, working alongside our Commercialization Team to support ongoing scientific projects and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation and execution of CT/RS batches: You will be involved in the technical aspects of batch preparation, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor process data: Help prevent non-conformities by closely monitoring and analyzing process data.
- Support protocol and validation activities: Assist in drafting and executing protocols for validation and qualification activities, especially during changes.
- Conduct technical studies: Investigate non-conformities and identify operational improvements through detailed technical studies.
- Collaborate with team members: Work closely with the commercialization and operations teams, ensuring continuous support and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Chemistry, CTF, Biology, or Biotechnology: A strong educational background in these fields is essential.
- Excellent English skills: Proficiency in English is required for effective communication.
- Proactive and organized: Ability to manage tasks efficiently and proactively.
- Strong communication skills and flexibility: Ability to communicate effectively and adapt to changing situations.
- Teamwork orientation: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team.
