What You’ll Do
- Follow a custom learning plan for technical skills and product knowledge.
- Shadow senior tech support professionals.
- Receive career mentoring from your manager.
- Work with AdOps, Product Managers, and software engineers.
- Troubleshoot Eskimi products and systems.
- Handle communication with system users and engineers.
What Will Help You Do It
- Good knowledge of SQL, basic understanding of HTML and JS.
- Curiosity to dig into issues and find solutions independently.
- Willingness to master AdTech.
- Good communication skills combined with fluency in English.
- Positive attitude and proactive mindset.

- Educational background in IT (Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in IT or similar fields).
