About the Role
Lotus Cars Europe is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive IT Intern to join our dynamic IT department in Amsterdam. This internship is ideal for an HBO (or WO) student in their final year of studies, looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
As an IT Intern, you will:
- Support the IT team in day-to-day tasks, including handling and escalating support tickets.
- Provide technical support to internal customers across various departments.
- Assist in maintaining IT-related assets and inventory.
- Work within a small team of IT experts, performing both daily and ad hoc tasks.
- Engage with colleagues in Amsterdam, the UK, Germany, and China.
What We Are Looking For
- A final-year university student pursuing a degree in IT, ICT, IT support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, as it is the primary language used in the department.
- Basic IT skills with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work accurately and in a structured manner.
