About the Role
As a Technical Growth Product Manager at Bloomreach, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of our marketing automation platform across a diverse range of industries. Your primary responsibility will be the technical implementation of pre-packaged use cases that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing automation technologies and the ability to develop solutions that are adaptable and scalable across different customer environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical solutions for marketing automation use cases.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize and manage the pipeline of new use cases.
- Update existing solutions based on feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions are scalable and reusable across various customer environments.
- Support the team with experiments and user behavior analysis to inform future development priorities.

- In-depth knowledge of Bloomreach Engagement and its capabilities.
- Skills in Jinja templating, HTML/JS, webhooks, APIs, and SQL.
- Best practices for developing and maintaining marketing automation scenarios.

- Independent, motivated, and fluent in English.
