Technical Growth Product Manager

About the Role

As a Technical Growth Product Manager at Bloomreach, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of our marketing automation platform across a diverse range of industries. Your primary responsibility will be the technical implementation of pre-packaged use cases that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing automation technologies and the ability to develop solutions that are adaptable and scalable across different customer environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement technical solutions for marketing automation use cases.
Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize and manage the pipeline of new use cases.
Update existing solutions based on feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure solutions are scalable and reusable across various customer environments.
Support the team with experiments and user behavior analysis to inform future development priorities.

What You Will Learn

In-depth knowledge of Bloomreach Engagement and its capabilities.
Skills in Jinja templating, HTML/JS, webhooks, APIs, and SQL.
Best practices for developing and maintaining marketing automation scenarios.

Who You Are

Experienced in managing and programming customer-facing marketing deliverables.
Independent, motivated, and fluent in English.
Able to work effectively in a remote-first environment with flexible hours.
