About the Role
Join Productboard as a Senior Fullstack Engineer and be part of a dynamic team that's innovating at the intersection of product management and software development. In this role, you'll tackle complex problems and drive significant impact across the company. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, product analysts, and product managers to fuel Productboard's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, especially focusing on smaller customers who require scalable solutions.
- Revise and optimize pricing models and package compositions to enhance product accessibility and usability.
- Analyze and optimize client acquisition and retention strategies using data-driven insights.

- Experience with rapid iterations using A/B testing tools like Optimizely and LaunchDarkly.
- Proficient in using telemetry and BI tools like Looker, Amplitude, and MixPanel.
