Your Mission

You will work in an informal but professional environment together with the rest of the team. Around 60-80% of your time will be spent on working on either growth activities for our tech clients or setting up digital learning vehicles for our corporate innovation projects.

These initiatives will be a funky cocktail of both strategy and execution. Most of us work on 2 to max. 3 client projects during the week and you will be a true add-on to their incumbent team to achieve the biggest and quickest impact. The rest of your time will be dedicated to growing the bureau itself, developing your own skills while working on side-projects and extending your knowledge regarding growth.

Clients We've Helped To Stay Ahead

Your experience & skills:

• 2/3+ years experience at a digital agency or startup
• Comfortable with tools like Google Analytics / Mixpanel / Amplitude / Hotjar / Intercom / Unbounce
• Skilled in multiple Acquisition channels (must: Facebook / Adwords)
• You work (or worked) with the AARRR funnel and know how to approach and identify leaks
• Able to map out customer journeys and customer personas
• A proven track record regarding growth results / impact (no vanity metrics)
• Excellent written and oral communication in Dutch and English
• Big plus: being a technical growth marketer, as we help with a lot of tech & analytics challenges

This Describes You Best

You are an extrovert but know when to listen to others. When you speak, you’re not afraid to present your work to others (founders/ceo’s/investors/stakeholders). A digital native and fast learner when it comes to being comfortable with new tools. Crunching numbers and execution on experiment data analysis is what you do for breakfast. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Able to deal with multiple clients / projects during the week and still smile. You can keep things internal if needed, a lot of our work for clients is off the record.
