About the Role

As the Vice President of Growth at Mews, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's acquisition strategy and growth tactics across multiple regions and segments. This senior role involves leveraging data-driven insights and experiment-driven approaches to maximize acquisition and engagement across all marketing channels. You will work closely with the Marketing Leadership team to own the metrics across pipeline and conversion, and lead your team to drive the MQL, SQL, and opportunity pipeline targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Optimize ad and channel mix, identify new channels for growth, and craft compelling advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and guide multichannel spend by mastering attribution techniques.
  • Provide insights to both local and global Marketing teams to help optimize resources across channels while simultaneously driving significant growth.
  • Spearhead strategic initiatives to align our go-to-market approach, fostering collaboration across teams and establishing streamlined processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Experiment with new channels, tactics, and initiatives to drive scalable growth and maximize ROI.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Prioritize and manage resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of multi-pronged growth programs.
  • Communicate effectively and build trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align growth efforts with business objectives.
  • Build a high-performing growth team across all digital channels.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in a senior growth role, preferably in a fast-paced B2B technology environment.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of multichannel marketing, paid media, integrated campaigns, user acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies for data analysis and growth optimization.

Location

This role is remote and can be based in the UK, Spain, Italy, Germany, Sweden, France, Belgium, Netherlands, or the East Coast of the USA.
