Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Growth to drive our B2B SaaS company, Shield, to new heights. With a product-market fit already established, we are gearing up to relaunch our product with new features and full self-service capabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to spearhead growth initiatives in a rapidly expanding market.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition: Ensure that potential customers find, try, and ultimately stay with us, expanding their engagement over time.
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a playbook for repeatable growth through experimentation and growth projects.
  • Team Leadership: Initially start solo but plan to build and lead a growth team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various teams and stakeholders to align growth initiatives with overall business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in driving growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on web analytics, system performance, and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to strategize as well as execute on growth initiatives.
