Job Overview
As a Product Manager - Growth, you will design and take responsibility for the growth strategy of a project in collaboration with the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth. You will optimize the product's reach and conversion by developing a data-driven strategy and implementing it with your cross-functional team and possibly external service providers.
Responsibilities
- Holistically view the user journey and develop appropriate growth strategies to sustainably increase the product's awareness and usage.
- Work data-driven and create a targeted roadmap for user acquisition.
- Lead initiatives, test digital and analog growth channels to improve reach and conversion.
- Collaborate at eye level with your interdisciplinary team as well as internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage external freelancers or agencies if necessary.
Your Profile
- Deep understanding and extensive experience with product growth.
- User-centered, insight-driven, and results-oriented work ethic.
- Proficiency in analysis tools, experience with SEO, and a strong emphasis on data economy and privacy.
- Ability to set up and manage projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in German (C1 level) and English.
