Role Overview
We are seeking a Growth Manager to lead growth initiatives for Proton's VPN product. This role involves identifying growth levers and collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and marketing to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute growth strategies across various marketing channels.
- Develop go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, and business models to support the VPN business unit.
- Analyze the competitive landscape, identify market gaps, and explore business development opportunities.
- Optimize conversion rates across all product touchpoints.
- Facilitate collaboration among growth, product, engineering, marketing, research, and data teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience in product growth and program management.
- Exceptional leadership skills, capable of motivating teams outside of direct reporting lines.
- Hands-on, analytical, and data-driven approach.
