Role Overview

We are seeking a Growth Manager to lead growth initiatives for Proton's VPN product. This role involves identifying growth levers and collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and marketing to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Define and execute growth strategies across various marketing channels.
Develop go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, and business models to support the VPN business unit.
Analyze the competitive landscape, identify market gaps, and explore business development opportunities.
Optimize conversion rates across all product touchpoints.
Facilitate collaboration among growth, product, engineering, marketing, research, and data teams.

Requirements

Strong experience in product growth and program management.
Exceptional leadership skills, capable of motivating teams outside of direct reporting lines.
Hands-on, analytical, and data-driven approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
