About the Role

You will be at the forefront of AI-driven technologies, particularly in the generative AI space, crafting cutting-edge solutions that drive creativity, efficiency, and value. You will be instrumental in architecting AI across our system and products and designing AI solutions that playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and services.

Your Contribution

Design, develop, and oversee the architecture of AI and ML ops across our system and products, resulting in scalable, efficient, high-quality AI-driven features. Conduct ongoing research and experimentation to stay ahead of the curve in AI technologies, techniques, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI capabilities into our product offerings. Lead the evaluation and selection of AI frameworks and tools that best fit our project goals and constraints. Develop benchmarks and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of generative AI models on business objectives. Ensure the ethical use of AI, including addressing bias in AI models and promoting transparency and accountability in AI-generated outputs. Mentor and guide team members, fostering an environment of learning and innovation.

To be Successful

Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Proven track record of developing and deploying AI models that have delivered tangible business value. Deep understanding of the latest advancements in generative AI, including familiarity with NLP, computer vision, and unsupervised learning techniques. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex challenges in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Commitment to ethical AI principles and practices.
