We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Generative AI Solution Architect with a focus on Databricks to enhance our AI solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of our Generative AI applications, leveraging Databricks as a group solution to streamline our operations and improve customer engagement.
Your Role at RBI
- Develop and implement the technical strategy for Generative AI initiatives, focusing on leveraging Databricks Generative AI features.
- Work collaboratively with our team of data engineers and AI specialists.
- Translate complex business objectives into technical Generative AI solutions, Blueprints, re-usable libraries, and design patterns.
- Advocate for and implement standardization and modularity in our tech stack, with a focus on Databricks.
- Ensure the robustness and performance of Generative AI applications in production.
Your Core Competencies
- At least 8 years in IT, with a profound expertise in AI, machine learning, and data architecture.
- Extensive experience with Databricks or other cloud-based platforms / AI services.
- Familiarity with machine learning operations (MLOps) practices.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Machine Learning, and familiarity with AI-related libraries and toolset
- A strategic thinker with a talent for translating complex business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a talent for cross-functional collaboration.
- A self-starter who thrives both independently and as a team player.
- A strong advocate for Agile and DevOps methodologies.
