AI Solutions Architect

About The Role

As an AI Solutions Architect at FinThrive, you will spearhead the development and optimization of artificial intelligence across our organization. This role involves collaborating with product managers and engineers to develop and integrate generative AI solutions into our applications and platform. You will oversee our AI Trust and Quality Framework and leverage AI to enhance our internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, and Implement AI Solutions: You will design, develop, and implement RAG pipelines using Databricks AI and Azure AI tools. Integrate LlamaIndex and LangChain to enhance data retrieval and processing capabilities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and engineers to optimize AI models and workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, business analysts, and product analysts, to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Ensure Scalability and Performance: Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI solutions. Continuously monitor and apply the latest AI advancements to enhance existing systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate on the continuous improvement of the platform, including tech stack upgrades, cost optimization, and compliance requirements.
• Communication and Roadmaps: Choose and communicate common approaches by selecting appropriate frameworks and crafting roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, Data Engineering, or Applied Science.
• Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in enterprise systems architecture, solution design, new product, and technology assessments. Proven experience with Databricks AI and Azure AI tools, ML models, and NLP.
• Programming Skills: Solid programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks.
• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience: Demonstrable experience architecting both Brownfield and Greenfield environments, on-premises, and cloud. Adept with agile software development lifecycle, DevOps principles, git, and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Open-Source Models: Proficiency with open-source models, LlamaIndex, LangChain, and Hugging Face.
• Infrastructure as Code: Expertise in infrastructure as code and automating production data and ML pipelines.
• Healthcare Data: Exposure to healthcare data is a plus.
