The Role
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional team including Frontend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QAs. You will participate in product planning from discovery to deployment and collaborate to develop robust new features and APIs, continuously improve our products, and ensure a white-glove experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and maintain applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and other technologies.
- Expertise in databases, particularly PostgreSQL and ORM libraries like Sequelize.
- Utilize AWS services such as S3, EKS, SNS, and SQS effectively.
- Communicate complex ideas and collaborate with diverse teams.
Who You Are
- You have at least 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- You excel in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications.
- You thrive in a collaborative, remote-first work culture.
- You are passionate about solving customer problems with your coding skills.
