Your Role
In this role, you will:
- Convince companies of our concept and the value that Calco trainees can add to their organizations.
- Be a true networker: when people think of trainees or Calco, they think of you!
Top 3 Responsibilities:
- Identify where opportunities lie and bind new clients to us.
- Increase brand awareness.
- Gather strategic market information.
Requirements
As a Business Developer, you naturally strive for results. You present convincingly and consistently uncover the needs of clients/organizations. Above all, you are yourself. Additionally, you have:
- An HBO/WO diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Sales role.
- Communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- A strong advantage: experience in staffing/secondment.
- Nice to have: experience in and/or knowledge of IT or the willingness to dive into it.
What We Offer
As a Business Developer, you will strengthen our team for 32-40 hours per week. The associated employment conditions are (based on 40 hours per week):
- Up to €4,800.00 gross per month.
- Bonus system.
