Senior Web Backend Developer

As a Senior Web Backend Developer at Coolblue, you will be instrumental in enhancing our webshop daily. You will work within specific parts of the webshop to optimize its functionality and delight our customers. The transition to microservices written in TypeScript and GraphQL is underway, and while understanding PHP is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Additionally, you will develop internal tools to help colleagues serve customers more effectively.

Who You Are
- You have at least 5 years of experience with TypeScript.
- Experience with pure/vanilla PHP is a plus.
- You hold a BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related field.
- You are skilled in improving team capabilities through your experience.
- Experience with AWS is preferred.
- Frontend skills are advantageous.
- You are well-versed in Agile methodologies.
- You can solve problems using accepted best practices and principles like SOLID and design patterns.
- You are proficient in automating recurring tasks and implementing them in continuous integration and deployment systems.
- You are experienced in writing Unit tests, Integration tests, or End-to-End tests.
- You are fluent in English.
