Role Overview
As a Frontend Developer at Radancy, you will be part of a dynamic team that pushes the boundaries of web development to provide innovative solutions to our clients. This role is based in our Netherlands office and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to projects that span across various international teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites for job applications, contributing to our SaaS solutions like the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud.
- Collaborate with both local and international teams, including backend developers in the Netherlands and frontend teams in London.
- Engage in solution-finding for client challenges and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Ensure high-quality code through peer reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in frontend development.
- Proficiency in cross-browser development and ensuring compatibility.
- Strong foundation in JavaScript, with experience in frameworks like Nuxt/Vue, React, or Angular preferred.
- Familiarity with BEM methodology and a keen sense for creating optimal user experiences.
