Join Vinted as a Cloud Engineer in Production Engineering
Vinted, the largest online international C2C marketplace in Europe, is seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our Production Engineering team. Our mission is to make second-hand the first choice worldwide, and we need your expertise to help us build and maintain our multi-cloud infrastructure.
About the Role
As a Cloud Engineer at Vinted, you will be part of our Cloud team, working on the Production Engineering domain. You will be responsible for building and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure across multiple cloud providers, including AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, and Cloudflare. Your role will involve writing Terraform and Golang code to automate manual tasks, consulting with Vinted engineers on cloud technologies and best practices, and identifying opportunities for improvement in our infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain cloud-based infrastructure across AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, and Cloudflare.
- Write Terraform and Golang code to automate manual work.
- Consult Vinted engineers on cloud technologies and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in our infrastructure and implement solutions.
- Monitor and debug problems in production to meet established SLOs.
- Participate in an on-call rotation with the team every few weeks.
About You
- Experienced in at least one major cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
- Experienced in Linux and have solid networking fundamentals.
- Understand containerization and Docker fundamentals.
- Comfortable with standard software development components such as code version control systems (Git), automated testing, and continuous integration.
- Previous working experience at scale and a good track record of delivering complex technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience in software development and/or infrastructure automation.
- Good written and spoken technical communication skills.
- Fluent in English.

Salary
The salary range for this position is €59,700 - €80,700 gross per year.
