Job Overview
As a Drupal Developer at iO, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team that includes back-end developers, front-end developers, designers, software testers, and DevOps engineers. You will collaborate with your team to manage the entire project lifecycle, from architecture to implementation, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize Drupal applications for large organizations such as Natuurmonumenten, Tennet, Aviko, Erasmus University, and the Municipality of Rotterdam.
- Engage in the full development process, from strategy to delivery, and focus on continuous improvement and development.
- Build complex API integrations, handle data processing, and create robust solutions for business-critical processes.
- Write clean, self-explanatory code following the latest standards.
- Share your knowledge and experience with colleagues, inspiring each other to reach the next level.
- Participate in Expert Groups, lunch & learns, and other knowledge-sharing sessions.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience with Drupal or PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
- A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to mentor junior developers.
- Belief in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
