Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Founding Full Stack Engineer to join our AI health-tech startup, Sully.ai, based in Santa Clara, CA. This pivotal role involves working closely with the co-founders to build and scale the core components of our innovative product aimed at creating superhuman doctors.
Responsibilities
- Enhance existing systems and develop new ones from scratch.
- Create and maintain APIs with proper documentation.
- Cultivate a culture of engineering excellence.
- Recruit top-tier engineering talent.
- Identify and integrate third-party tools and services.
- Serve as a tech spokesperson during partner discussions.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing engineering team.
