Job Overview
We are seeking a Founding Full Stack Engineer to join our team at Clarum, a pioneering company in AI-enhanced due diligence for private equity firms. As the first engineering hire, you will have a pivotal role in shaping our future, working directly with the co-founders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain our entire stack, from the core engine to UX design and system architecture.
- Integrate customer feedback and adapt solutions to meet market needs.
- Take ownership of product development and technical decisions.
- Work in a fast-paced startup environment, contributing to rapid iteration cycles.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a frontend and backend engineer.
- Expertise in Next.js, Python, and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with cloud deployments, particularly on GCP.
- Experience with machine learning and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record in a startup environment and in architecting systems from the ground up.
Nice to Have
- Background in finance or related fields.
- Experience in ML/LLM research or search algorithms.
