About the Role
As a Front-end Developer at Bcas, you will:
- Participate in a 16-week intensive training program focused on web development and programming, with a strong emphasis on JavaScript.
- Work closely with our team to develop and maintain web applications.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in a STEM field (Bachelor's or equivalent).
- A B2 level of English proficiency.
- A strong desire to learn and transition into the digital sector.
- No prior experience is required, but a passion for web development is essential.
What We Offer
- Salary: An annual salary ranging from €18,000 to €24,000.
- Location: Based in Madrid or Barcelona, with the possibility to work from other locations in Spain.
- Contract Type: Permanent.
- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
Additional Information
- Training Requirement: Candidates must complete a non-remunerated training program with associated costs, which can be financed through an ISA (Income Share Agreement).
