About the Role
As a Frontend Developer, you will be an integral part of our development team, working on in-house projects to design features, write code, and perform code reviews. You will be responsible for solving complex performance problems and architectural challenges, ensuring our applications are efficient, testable, and reusable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop new features for our gaming platform.
- Conduct analysis of UX/UI projects and application requirements.
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable UI components.
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
- Troubleshoot application and code issues.
- Integrate APIs and propose new ones when needed.
- Utilize client-side storage solutions effectively.
- Update and alter application features to enhance performance, including legacy code.
- Track requests, issues, work progress, and any other changes related to the role.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable software development role.
- Extensive knowledge of JavaScript ES6 and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of CSS3 and HTML5.
- Experience with Vite or similar tools such as Webpack.
- Proficient with code versioning tools, including Git.
- Experience solving browser and device-specific issues.
- Good problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
- Experience using SPA frameworks/libraries (Vue is an advantage).
Work Environment
This role offers flexibility with the option to work from the office, hybrid, or remotely. It is open to candidates residing in Malta or those who prefer a fully remote setup.
